Clearview Federal Credit Union is dedicated to providing excellent member service. The Personal Video reputed company will assist members remotely through Interactive Teller Machines, processing transactions and providing account information while building relationships and suggesting products to meet their financial needs.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process transactions of reputed company types such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, through video session with the Interactive Teller Machines
- Answer member inquiries and provide appropriate suggestions to financial needs
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Clearview services, products, policies and procedures
- reputed company abreast of promotional and marketing mailings
- Uphold member confidentiality, following reputed company and fraud prevention policies and procedures
- Build relationships by educating members on Clearview products and services to help them live a reputed company life
- Work a variety of shifts based on operational needs

- Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions, remotely or in person, set by your manager
- Meet average call volume goal and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Handle other duties as assigned
