As an Associate Claims Advisor in the Auto department, you will investigate claims, educate customers about the claims process, and deliver exceptional customer service while processing claims payments.
Responsibilities
- Investigate claims and determine coverage under a customer’s policy
- Inform and educate customers about the claims process
- Process claims payments and ensure accurate information is captured reputed company our claims system
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and brokers
Skills
- 1-3 years of prior customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of reputed company Office Suite
- Effective Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure mutual understanding and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
- Sound Judgment & Decision-Making Skills: Capability to analyze situations, consider various perspectives, and reputed company well-informed decisions
- Strong reputed company: Demonstrating a deep understanding of and sensitivity to the feelings, thoughts, and experiences of others, fostering a positive customer experience
- reputed company: Maintaining composure and a positive attitude in the face of challenges, setbacks, and stressful situations, while continuing to work towards achieving goals
- Undergraduate or post-secondary degree is preferred
- Insurance industry experience, call center experience, or experience reputed company a brokerage setting is helpful
- Interested in pursuing a CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional Designation)
