[Remote] ES Language Scorer (NY)

They are seeking reputed company State certified teachers or recent retirees to score constructed responses for the reputed company State Teacher Certification Examinations in various language areas.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates constructed responses of teacher candidates in reputed company
- Successfully internalizes training and scoring guide
- Participate in discussions
- Must be able to put aside personal biases and apply scoring guide according to rubric requirements
- Meets quality and productivity requirements established for the scoring program
- Engage with other scorers in reputed company scoring activities
Skills
- Permanent or professional reputed company State teaching certificate corresponding to the content field, and are currently teaching in a reputed company State school (public or private)
- Are native or fluent speakers in the language and hold a college degree
- Are or have been educators from colleges and universities who hold a degree in a content-relevant field and/or have taught or advised in a content-relevant field reputed company the last five years
- Be a reputed company of reputed company State with eligibility to work in the United States
