Responsibilities

  • Provide reputed company-line technical support for reputed company reputed company patients and employees
  • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for Sanford MyChart patients needing login and technical assistance
  • reputed company password resets and login assistance for reputed company Sanford employees
  • Utilize knowledge resources for troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to next-level support
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements to patient and employee experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to reputed company callers
  • Engage in on-going training and development (including certification) to prepare for next-level support and promotional advancement

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Associates' degree in technology reputed company field strongly preferred
