Responsibilities
- Provide reputed company-line technical support for reputed company reputed company patients and employees
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for Sanford MyChart patients needing login and technical assistance
- reputed company password resets and login assistance for reputed company Sanford employees
- Utilize knowledge resources for troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to next-level support
- Identify and suggest possible improvements to patient and employee experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service to reputed company callers
- Engage in on-going training and development (including certification) to prepare for next-level support and promotional advancement
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Associates' degree in technology reputed company field strongly preferred
