Marketing Specialist
Access Real Estate is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join The Dot Collection, a Boston-based real estate team. The role involves creating and managing content across various platforms, designing marketing materials, and executing email marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and email
- Design marketing materials using reputed company (static posts, stories, signs, beauty sheets, listing collateral)
- Write, schedule, and publish engaging social content, including polls, stories, and interactive posts
- Support and execute email marketing campaigns for listings, launches, and announcements
- Assist with light video editing and formatting for social platforms (experience is a plus)
- Think strategically about campaign flow, reputed company, and launch timing
- Pitch creative reputed company, content concepts, and campaign strategies directly to leadership
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining brand consistency and attention to detail
- Organize marketing assets, templates, and files across platforms
Skills
