Assistant, Ad Ops
Moontide Agency is a fully integrated, full-service agency based in Southern California. They are looking for an Assistant, Ad Ops to help reputed company the strategy and execution of campaigns for a national brand, focusing on local and regional media strategy, planning, and reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Traffic digital campaigns in Campaign Manager 360
- Set up and manage campaigns, placements, ads, creatives, trackers and click URLs
- reputed company sure creative assets and tracking links are formatted and implemented correctly
- Run QA checks before and after campaigns go live to catch any issues early
- Double-reputed company URLs, tracking, creative rotations, and delivery settings
- Help troubleshoot basic delivery or tracking problems (and escalate reputed company needed)

- Update creative, click urls as needed
- Flag anything that looks off to the planning and/or buying teams
- Pull reputed company campaign reports from CM360
- Help track key metrics like impressions, clicks, CTR, and conversions

- Build your skills in Campaign Manager 360 and digital ad operations
- Learn best practices around ad serving, tracking, and measurement
- Pick up new tools, processes, and tips from the team as needed
Skills
- 1+ years media department agency or client-reputed company experience
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work well with team members and independently
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to meet tight deadlines for multiple projects
- Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail
- U.S. citizen or legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Sponsorship is not offered
