[Remote] Customer Service reputed company II - Outbound

Responsibilities
- reputed company out to members and/or providers for educational or informational purposes to support solutions or concerns
- Escalate calls reputed company providers cannot deliver solutions
- Serve as reputed company-line support for member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
- Assist with product awareness campaigns, policy changes, directory audits, provider satisfaction surveys, and basic claims reputed company
- Maintain performance and quality standards based on contact center metrics
- Expand knowledge of primary market and/or plan, with potential to cover additional markets or plans requiring minor research
- Document demographics, call summaries, and communications for quality and performance tracking through CRM applications
- Stay up-to-date and adhere to quality standards, regulations, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance

Skills
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 to 2 years of reputed company experience required
- Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to prior work experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based reputed company sponsorship now or in the future
- Experience in a contact center environment preferred
