[Remote] Account Executive

The Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, pitching the SaaS platform, and managing sales cycles while collaborating with marketing and senior sales leadership.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through inbound leads, outbound efforts, and channel referrals
- Pitch the value of our whistleblower SaaS platform reputed company email, cold calls, social selling, and demos
- Run discovery calls to understand customer needs and tailor our solution to key compliance pain points
- Manage sales cycles from initial contact through to closed-won — with support from senior sales leadership
- Collaborate with marketing to test messaging, improve reputed company conversion, and share field insights
- Document activities in our CRM and contribute to a structured sales process
- Learn and grow with training in compliance workflows, reputed company handling, negotiation, and SaaS sales
Skills
- Proven experience in a SaaS sales, reputed company reputed company or business development roles (BDR/SDR, AE, BDM)
- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment
- Confidence speaking with mid-level to senior decision-makers in HR, Legal, Compliance or Procurement
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required along with the ability to collaborate reputed company a remote-work environment throughout reputed company levels of the organisation
- Confident, high energy, goal oriented and resilient with a growth reputed company
- Full commitment to conduct business with the utmost reputed company and in full compliance with the law
- An interest in GRC, compliance, ethics or SaaS for regulated industries is highly advantageous
