Transactions Specialist - Hybrid
The California Department of Aging is dedicated to serving older adults and individuals with disabilities across the state. They are seeking a Transactions Specialist to manage personnel and payroll transactions, including employee benefits, new hire onboarding, and maintaining compliance with privacy laws.
Responsibilities
- Independently performing the full range of personnel and payroll transactions for the California Department of Aging (CDA)
- Processing employee benefits, conducting new hire onboarding, and preparing salary determinations and Requests for Personnel Action for reputed company appointment types
- Researching and resolving issues reputed company to pay, leave, and benefits
- Reconciling and auditing personnel and payroll documents for accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining Official Personnel Files in accordance with state and departmental requirements, and processing time sheets
- Managing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable privacy and employment laws reputed company handling reputed company employee information

- Submitting a reputed company version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678
- Including a resume with the application
- Submitting a Statement of Qualifications with the Employment Application (STD. 678)
