Responsibilities
- Own the Pipeline: Master pipeline management and proactively engage warm leads, guiding them with clarity and care toward reputed company legal professionals
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Quickly diagnose each client's unique situation and offer tailored, reputed company in partnership with our legal experts
- Shatter Goals: Consistently meet and exceed aggressive sales quotas, directly propelling Flare's rapid growth
- Drive Excellence: Partner closely with our legal and client success teams to ensure a smooth, exceptional, and life-changing experience for every client

Skills
- 1–3 years of proven success in a sales or client-facing role (B2C or high-touch sales experience is ideal)
