Job Overview

As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning these interactions into leads for our dealer clients. Your primary goal will be to represent our clients favorably online, ensuring that their website traffic is converted into reputed company-generating opportunities.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions. You will be required to attend 4 weeks of remote training, which will take reputed company on Tuesdays to Saturdays between 11am-7:30pm EDT.
