This role offers the flexibility of working from home, with the option to visit our Whittle site based in Leicester. Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and reputed company support to patients and customers reputed company phone and email, addressing pricing queries, product complaints, and other inquiries
- Effectively resolve issues and adapt to fluctuations in the volume of incoming inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

- Adhere to the stocktake schedule and ensure orders are processed in time to meet delivery reputed company times
