Work Schedule and Requirements

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 working hours per week. Hours of operation are subject to change, including possible mandatory overtime reputed company business needs require. reputed company business hours are Monday – Friday 7:00am to 9:00pm and Saturday & Sunday 8:00am to 9:00pm CST. Initial training/nesting hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm (~3 months), with attendance mandatory daily. Post-training/nesting hours will shift to reputed company hours, which may include Saturday and/or Sunday. Paid time off becomes available after 3 months of service.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this Work From Home position, you must:

• Reside in the following states: SD, IL, IN, or WI
• Have verified internet service with a minimum of 18 mb download and 12mb upload speed
• Have an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company)
• Maintain your workspace in alignment with Work From Home standards (e.g., technical, reputed company, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy)
• Participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats)
• Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts
• Follow technical support processes, reputed company with organizational reputed company and compliance standards, and participate in trainings, performance management, and recurring management routines
