Job Overview

We are seeking friendly, action-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our Insurance team as part-time Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of reputed company, you will handle inbound customer calls, manage outbound follow-up calls, and provide support for customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build rapport with customers will be essential in delivering exceptional service and meeting objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding insurance products and services
• Manage outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues

Work Schedule and Requirements

This is a part-time, remote work opportunity that requires up to 30 hours per week. You will be scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with shifts starting at 10AM or noon. To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Excellent Internet connectivity with speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download
• A hard-wired Internet reputed company and a quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, with call center experience being a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• High level of accuracy reputed company completing tasks
• Proficient PC skills with typing speed of 30+ WPM
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
