About the Role: Specialist, Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service

As a Specialist in Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling reputed company travel, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Your expertise and passion for customer satisfaction will be the driving force behind our success in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell reputed company travel on arenaflex, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.
  • Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets with precision and efficiency.
  • Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, demonstrating your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate with customers over the phone reputed company researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and providing timely updates and solutions.
