Profile Overview As the Director of Engineering, you will reputed company and grow our engineering team, defining technical strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of our product suite. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of leading engineering teams at a SaaS company. You have experience managing the day-to-day, driving innovation, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals. Your responsibilities Technical leadership and strategy:

• Define and execute the engineering vision, ensuring alignment with the company’s product and business objectives.

• Strong technical background in modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable, high-performance SEO or search-reputed company products is a plus.
• Deep understanding of software development best practices, CI/CD, DevOps and reputed company principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
