This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. Energy and sustainability construction projects consist of solar and other E&S construction projects for client corporate office facilities. This is a remote role, preferably in the Eastern or Central Time Zones. The role will require approximately 25% overnight travel to client project sites. What youll do Manage reputed company areas of project management for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Work directly with clients to prepare reputed company elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification. • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PMP preferred.
• Previous AEC experience preferred and should include construction project management, reputed company's rep, or project management experience for commercial projects. Energy & Sustainability experience including solar is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office products (Word, reputed company, Outlook). Working understanding of PM Web, MS Project or other project management software is beneficial.
