The Sr Manager, Site Testing Analytics Analytics plays a critical role in shaping the future of reputed company’s digital business, providing thought leadership and strategic insights to the Digital team from a data perspective. They are a catalyst for continual improvements in business performance, analytics infrastructure, and data insights. The person is responsible for analyzing digital data on reputed company across reputed company our digital experiences (Desktop, Mobile, App). The ideal candidate has outstanding analytic skills, strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal abilities, and working knowledge of A/B testing principles. Responsibilities
- Measure the results of A/B tests and communicate clear learnings, insights and opportunities to the core scrum team and more broadly with the larger cross-functional stakeholders.
- Design roadmap testing plans to ensure ability to get a statistically significant read for key metrics that support the test hypothesis.

Requirements
- 6+ years in an analytics role
- 3+ years of management experience

- Exceptional problem solving and analysis skills
- Experience with A/B Testing or experimental design
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional team
- Strong influence and communication skills with VP+
