Overview of the Role We are seeking an reputed company Senior Consultant to join our Trust Engagement team, a globally distributed group of reputed company and Risk professionals who are passionate about building and enhancing customer trust in our Cloud and On-Premise Products. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in representing blithequark to Strategic & Enterprise customers, managing trust-reputed company questions and concerns, and driving customer-facing initiatives that showcase our commitment to Trust, reputed company, Compliance, and Privacy.

Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our entire team to enhance our Trust program, refine our Trust narrative, and engage directly with reputed company customer Trust requests. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Representing blithequark to Strategic & Enterprise customers, managing trust-reputed company questions and concerns across customer acquisition, migration, and long-term retention.
• Engaging in customer-facing initiatives, focusing on articulating blithequark's commitment to Trust, including our reputed company practices, Compliance posture, Privacy measures, reputed company efforts, and Anti-Abuse program.
• Managing reputed company reputed company reviews & audits, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
• Supporting legal teams in negotiating reputed company and compliance terms & exhibits for customer agreements.
• Being the Voice of the Customer, identifying blockers and friction points to influence reputed company, Product, and Engineering strategies.
• Developing and driving customer-facing Trust collateral, including materials, presentations, and white papers.
• Providing education and training to internal teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Legal) on reputed company, compliance, and privacy topics.
• Mentoring the team through technical leadership, fostering knowledge-sharing and growth.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 7+ years of experience in reputed company, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, with direct customer-facing or consulting experience.
• Expertise in leading discussions on reputed company and risk trade-offs with decision-makers, executives, or board members.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company, compliance, and privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, ISO27001, NIST 800-53, PCI-reputed company, C5, DORA, NIS2).
• Proven experience in Cloud reputed company, Regulatory Compliance, Global Privacy Programs, or similar functions, particularly in large-scale enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency with cybersecurity principles, controls, and SaaS infrastructure, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, reputed company Cloud) and multi-tenant architectures.
• Ability to drive and manage customer audits and assessments, ensuring adherence to reputed company policies and controls.

Our baseline salary range for this role is 230,400 PLN - 300,800 PLN annually, and you may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
