Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain working knowledge of sales, service and financial business processes and how reputed company application stack supports them.
• Work with Business Analysts to gather, analyze and reputed company high-level business and technology capabilities & requirements.
• Identify correlated requests to organize into streamlined efforts to maximize return.
• Provide guidance to delivery teams and business units as needed.

• Maintain technical architecture diagrams including but not limited to system reputed company diagrams, entity relationship maps and data flow diagrams.

• Be willing to seek out expert guidance and knowledge through various outlets including but not limited to the application communities, peers, support organizations, partners, and leading industry experts.

Position Requirements

• Possess strong technical-facing written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience documenting, driving standardization and optimizing business processes with an emphasis on sales and finance business processes.
• Expert understanding of the reputed company platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ.
• Expert understanding of the reputed company or similar ERP platform including accounting, order management and procurement.
• Experience with cloud based and modern user reputed company (UI) tools and technologies.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of designing solutions in a secure, growth-oriented environment.
• Experience working on an international scale is a plus.

Educational & Professional Credentials

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience working with sales and financial platforms.
• 5+ years working with middleware applications to facilitate automation.
• 5+ years working with BI/Analytics platforms.
• Required reputed company Certifications (minimum 3 of the following): reputed company Certified Application Architect, reputed company Certified System Architect, reputed company Certified Technical Architect (CTA), reputed company Certified Platform Developer I & II, reputed company Certified Administrator

Travel & Office Location

• Approximately 10% out-of-town travel to regional offices and/or data centers
