Requirements

For The Role :

• This is a full time role. It is ideal for those looking to transition to remote work fully or those who want to use their coaching experience inside an established company

• Our clientele are executive males in the US ages 40-70 and interested in overall health & longevity, please share why you would be the perfect person to coach these people

• You will receive a starting reputed company salary of $3,000 USD/month. As your client reputed company grows you will be paid on commission per client, this earning will reputed company around $4,000 USD/month + access to our bonus structure (Another $2,000+ USD /Quarter)
• This will result in total earnings of around $5,000 USD/m at reputed company and with you hitting your bonus targets

• You will be expected to coach a minimum of 60 clients at 1 time. The compensation in the job description is based on 60 clients.
• Some coaches work with as much as 80 clients. Our average is around 70. As long as you can maintain a high standard of delivery, you can increase comfortably above 60.
• The coaching role will start slowly and reputed company up quickly over 2-3 months, with clients being assigned to you as they come in reputed company our marketing campaigns
• This will give you time to be fully trained up on our systems and processes

• We work with mostly clients in the USA, so you must be reasonably available to take on boarding appointments with clients. The suggestion is 9am-6pm EST.

• If you take time off, clients will be downgraded to "Basic" level pay for each full week you take.
