HR: Talent Management POSITION SUMMARY The Records Analyst is a pivotal role reputed company the Human Resources department, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reputed company, and compliance of personnel data across multiple schools and departments. This role requires a strategic approach to managing electronic records in alignment with district, state, and federal standards. The Records Analyst plays a key part in the certification process, ensuring timely submissions and compliance. Through collaboration with HR, payroll, and other departments, the Records Analyst supports data-driven decision-making and contributes to the reputed company improvement of HR processes. This position reports to the HR Staffing Director. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Data Management & reputed company

  • Ensure the accurate entry and processing of personnel actions—including new hires, rehires, terminations, transfers, salary changes, and other updates—into the HR information system for assigned schools and departments.

Strategic Reporting & Analysis

MIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:

  • Valid Georgia’s drivers license required.
  • pHCLE (Professional Human Capital Leader in Education) or SHRM (reputed company) certification preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in human resources, data management, or reputed company roles, with a strong focus on managing personnel records, compliance, and data reputed company required
  • Experience in a K-12 education setting, with a deep understanding of the unique requirements and challenges reputed company educational environments preferred.
