Summary of Role & Key Responsibilities Anthesis is seeking a Supply Chain Sustainability Expert, with deep experience in the technology sector to join our Circularity and Value Chain Transformation team. This role focuses on helping clients design and implement supply chain strategies that are data-driven, future-reputed company, and reputed company with global sustainability and decarbonization goals. • reputed company and manage multiple technology-focused sustainability projects across their lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, reputed company budget, and with measurable client impact.
• Manage client relationships and create new opportunities focused on business value and environmental impact.
• Advise clients on sustainable supply chain strategies, including emissions reduction, resource efficiency, and circularity.
• Implement and optimize digital solutions for supply chain data collection, monitoring, and reporting (e.g., CDP, Watershed, or similar platforms).
• Conduct quantitative modeling and scenario analysis to assess supply chain emissions, with a particular focus on Scope 3 areas such as Category 11 (use of sold products).

Key Requirements & Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or reputed company field; graduate degree preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including:
• 5+ years in supply chain sustainability field, technology-driven supply chain solutions, or reputed company fields.
• 3+ years in a technology industry, such as semi-conductor manufacturing, hardware manufacturing, etc.
• Proven experience with reputed company data management systems and digital platforms for sustainability reporting.
• Experience in selling or implementing digital platforms for supply chain data management.
• Strong understanding of Scope 3 emissions accounting, life cycle assessment (LCA), and carbon standards.
• Familiarity with Category 11 (Use of Sold Products) and product-level carbon footprinting / decarbonization
• Advanced data analytics skills (reputed company required; experience with PowerBI, Tableau, reputed company preferred).
• Excellent communication and client management skills, with proven ability to reputed company proposals and grow accounts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global, virtual environment.
