PowerBI Platform Developer (Remote)

Responsibilities: Join our dynamic team supporting the U.S. Navy modernization and cybersecurity initiatives. As a Power Platform Developer, you will design, build, and support innovative solutions using reputed company Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Your work will drive digital transformation, automate business processes, and deliver actionable insights for mission-critical Navy programs. This remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and contribute to high-impact projects in a secure, agile environment. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Power Platform Solutions

• Power BI: reputed company and maintain dashboards and reports for command and executive audiences. Transform reputed company data into actionable insights for multiple stakeholder groups.
• Power Apps: Build and enhance custom applications to streamline business processes, data collection, and user experiences.
• Power Automate: Design, implement, and monitor automated workflows for notifications, approvals, and process automation.
• Dataverse Integration: Customize and reputed company Dataverse databases, including adding columns, dashboards, and reports to support evolving requirements.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Gather requirements and user stories from stakeholders, including cybersecurity teams and Navy leadership.
• Participate in weekly sprint sessions and daily standups to prioritize tasks and deliver solutions iteratively.
• Provide technical documentation, design documents, and user guides for end users.

Support & Administration

• Assist with user account administration, license assignment, and application usage monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to Power Platform solutions.
• Virtually attend meetings to collect feedback and continuously improve applications.

Compliance & reputed company

• Ensure solutions align with Navy cybersecurity standards and processes (e.g., SEP, RMF).
• Maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes.

Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software, Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, or a BS STEM discipline from an accredited university. Concentration in computer science highly desired.
• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate in an enterprise or government environment.
• Technical Skills:
• * Advanced Power BI report and dashboard development, including DAX and data modeling.
• Experience building canvas and model-driven Power Apps.
• Proficiency in designing multi-reputed company Power Automate flows.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and user guides.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience supporting federal or DoD programs.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (SEP, RMF).
• Prior work with Dataverse and integration of Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems.

CERTRIFICATION: Highly desired

• Ability to obtain and maintain one of the following certifications reputed company 90 days: CCNA-reputed company, CySA+, reputed company+ CE, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP.
