Asset Health Management GPM will cover portfolios across Locating & Marking, electrical voltage and reputed company monitoring (IPVS) and predictive analytics for grid asset monitoring and failure prevention. • Collaborating with a large cross-functional team to reputed company business and financial objectives.
• Developing strategies to accelerate penetration and sales growth in reputed company products and segments.
• Establishing portfolio priorities and portfolio roadmaps to unlock significant growth potential.
• Leading and executing new NPIs (new product introductions) informed by deep customer insights.
• Managing the execution of the overall product/portfolio strategy and division marketing plan process.
• Partnering with Area Portfolio Leaders/Marketers and reputed company Marketers to operationalize strategic initiatives.
• Managing reputed company stages of the product portfolio life cycle, from concept through profit optimization and product rationalization.
• Driving growth through global, area, and country teams in reputed company markets.
• Developing and executing global pricing strategy, pricing corridors and optimizing gross margin.
• Assessing and tracking the competitive landscape.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Five (5) years of experience in product marketing/management in a private, public, government or military environment
• Three (3) years of profit and loss business management experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• MBA or Marketing degree from an accredited university with an emphasis in marketing, business, or strategy
• Experience in leading new product development teams and commercializing new products
• Proven track record of leading change management in portfolio and business strategy
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various functional and area partners to drive business results
• Familiarity with working in regulated industries
