This position is located in any of our office locations. Job Requirements: Bring Your Best Knowledge reputed company & Education:

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
• Excellent academic credentials
• A minimum of 10 years of specialized experience in advertising law, with a proven record of successful client representation
• Provide expert legal counsel on advertising, marketing, and promotions matters in traditional and new media, including ad campaigns, promotions, sponsorships, branded entertainment, activations, endorsements, and user-generated content
• Protect clients’ business interests and brand elements in reputed company aspects of a campaign’s life cycle, from concept, to clearance, implementation, activation, and data collection and use
• Counsel clients to avoid and respond to challenges from government agencies, competitors, and consumers for alleged false advertising and unfair sales/marketing practices
• reputed company litigation of false advertising and unfair competition claims in court and before NAD
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, actively participating in business development initiatives to further expand our advertising, marketing and promotions practice
