Head of ETF Portfolio Management

Location: Atlanta relocation preferred, but remote with frequent travel to GA accepted Position Summary Vident is seeking a strategic Head of ETF Portfolio Management to reputed company the team responsible for the implementation, execution, and reputed company of ETF portfolios. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across multiple asset classes—including equities, fixed income, and commodities—with a preference for those who have managed international equities. What You Will Do

• Set clear goals, define team structure, and provide coaching and mentorship.
• reputed company investment and operational workflows for active and passive ETF, mutual fund, and UCITS portfolios across numerous asset classes.
• Identify opportunities and reputed company efforts to automate operational processes to improve the investment process, increase platform scalability, and reduce risk.
• Contribute to the build-out of new tools and systems for portfolio management, trading, and operations.
• Work closely with the Executive, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure seamless and compliant product development and execution.
• Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for team performance to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Prior ETF portfolio management and trading experience.
• Prior experience managing investment professionals.
• High proficiency in Bloomberg OMS and EMS.
• Programming skills in Python, SQL and VBA a plus.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of ETFs, global markets, and financial market trends.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
• Degree in finance preferred.
