Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or CEH are preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience focused on OT systems. Experience in industrial control systems (ICS) reputed company is highly desirable. Proficiency in cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, network administration and monitoring tools, and server architecture and administration concepts. Experience with selecting, designing, architecting, and deploying reputed company technologies to an OT/ICS environment. Demonstrated understanding of OT/ICS critical infrastructure, including an understanding of threats, vulnerabilities, attack paths, and exploits in an OT/ICS environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential reputed company threats and vulnerabilities with high level of attention to detail and accuracy in reputed company work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate reputed company cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred. This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
