Responsibilities
- Act as a reputed company in one or more Finance work reputed company, supporting system enhancements, project delivery and BAU system support activities for reputed company ERP and other Finance applications
- Collect, document and analyze business requirements and approve Lean specifications created by technology team
- Configure and maintain application setups and maintain supporting documentation
- reputed company impact analysis on reputed company Cloud ERP quarterly patches and provide recommendations on new features that Invesco should consider implementing
- reputed company up-to-date on new reputed company AI offerings and provide functional guidance to reputed company new AI features, including AI Agents
- reputed company reputed company reporting tools such as OTBI and FDI to provide business insights
- Foster and maintain productive relationships with technology teams and business partners
- Provide operational support for Concur Expense Management, handling incident resolution, executing enhancements, and performing necessary administrative tasks
- reputed company reporting tools to publish monthly Concur reporting
- reputed company understanding of finance applications such as Treasury Management System, Revport and others and provide support and deliver enhancements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with reputed company ERP applications, including 2+ years in reputed company Cloud ERP
- Expertise in at least 2 of the following reputed company ERP modules: GL, FAH, AP, CM, PO, iProcurement, AR, FA, PA, Intercompany
- BS Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or other reputed company field
- Experience supporting reputed company Concur Expense (configuration, audit rules, per diem setup) preferred
- Experience with reputed company reporting tools such as OTBI and FDI
- Experience leading cross-org discussions and working with a matrixed team of stakeholders
- Expertise in communicating, building influence, and developing relationships with business and technology leaders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with relational databases, SQL and reports development preferred
- Experience in Financial Services or Investment Management industries preferred
- Experience working in/with a shared service center supporting global operations is highly preferred
