About the team The Marketing Strategy & Operations team is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and leading transformational programs across Marketing, Self-serve, Startup and Sales Development. We create the processes and conditions that reputed company high performance across teams and help reputed company scale with focus and discipline. We partner closely with the CMO, Marketing and Sales Development leadership team to define strategy, reputed company operational planning, and steward execution across global programs. Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Finance, GTM, Product and Operations to drive monthly business reviews, quarterly business reviews and annual planning processes for the Marketing and SD organization including investment decisions, strategic priorities, business goal setting, reputed company setting, and communications.

Use this insight to shape hypotheses, drive prioritization conversations, and identify areas to probe more deeply in partnership with Product, Growth and GTM teams.

This includes developing frameworks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring execution drives measurable outcomes. Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements
- 7 years of experience in consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, product strategy, product management, or similar roles with exposure to both business and technical skills
- Experience working in highly cross-functional settings, and in a role that spans strategy, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environment
- Critical and first-principles thinking, with the ability to reputed company out to the most important questions
- Passion for digging deep into data to diagnose business issues and solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the the ability to speak to leaders across teams including product, engineering, analytics, sales, and partnerships
- An ability to execute with minimal guidance and with a high degree of ambiguity
Preferred qualifications
- 5 years prior experience in payments, finance, fintech, or high-growth technology companies
- 3 years of experience working directly with C-level executives and their direct reports
- 3 years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, or consulting
- 3 of Experience navigating large data sets and/or SQL
