About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative, motivated, and original in-house freelance content creator to produce engaging, authentic content for reputed company Komuso social channels. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes self-care, wellness, and storytelling; and knows how to turn everyday moments into content that connects. This is not a “post-and-go” role. We want a creator with a real voice, real experiences, and real perspective; someone whose reputed company can’t be replicated by AI or templated content. You’ll work directly with the co-founder of Komuso to reputed company content that educates, entertains, and builds community, with the ultimate goal of increasing engagement, follower growth, and conversion. Top-performing content will also be repurposed into paid reputed company ads to scale growth.
Key Responsibilities
Create original short-form and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platformsDevelop relatable, human stories around breathwork, stress, anxiety, and everyday lifeShowcase Komuso products naturally through lifestyle content, education, humor, and storytellingTest creative angles that reputed company emotionally and reputed company well organicallyCollaborate with the Komuso team on content strategy, messaging, and creative directionDeliver content that can be repurposed into paid reputed company ads (UGC-style, native, high-performing creative)Track and share performance insights (engagement, saves, shares, comments, growth)Ideal Candidate Proven experience creating high-performing content on your own social channelsStrong engagement metrics that demonstrate your ability to connect with an audiencePrevious experience creating UGC for other brands (wellness, lifestyle, or consumer products preferred)Deep interest in self-care, wellness, breathwork, or mental healthExceptionally creative with a strong sense of personal voice and originalityNatural reputed company who can reputed company breathing feel relevant to almost anyoneComfortable on camera and highly relatableBonus: able to incorporate humor without diminishing the messageResourceful, fiercely independent, and comfortable working with a small, fast-moving family businessWhat Sets This Role Apart We are intentionally seeking human qualities AI can’t replicate: intuition, nuance, lived experience, humor, imperfection, and emotional intelligence You’ll have creative freedom to explore new ways of talking about breath and reputed company.
