Sr Manager, Communications

About the position As Senior Manager, Multimedia reputed company, you'll reputed company journalistic, storytelling, and multimedia expertise to educate, engage, and reputed company PayPal employees while connecting them to the company's business, culture, customers, and colleagues. You'll contribute to a global content excellence center and support Corporate Affairs in bringing global, regional, and business unit stories to life.

Responsibilities

• Support NY based and/or global corporate wide events with storytelling, photo and video capture and amplification.
• Launch and maintain new editorial series—both written and audio—that feature employee voices, leadership insights, behind-the-scenes stories, and mission-driven initiatives.
• Act as a creative reputed company for editorial innovation, help discover fresh angles, untold stories, and reputed company storytelling opportunities across formats and geographies.
• Explore new content formats such as podcasts, audio clips, and microvideo features to reputed company employees where they are and enhance message retention.
• Collaborate closely with internal partners, creative teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure content is on brand, visually sharp, strategically sound, and deeply human.
• Contribute to and design visual assets, including infographics, digital boards, photo stories, etc.
• Own the management and publication of key aspects of the company's intranet.
• Employ a rigorous measurement approach to assess and consistently increase your impact.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
