Job Description

The Money Movement team is responsible for enterprise-wide payment capabilities—including ACH, Wires, Checks, RTP, FEDNOW, ZELLE, and SWIFT—serving Consumer, Small Business, Corporate, and Wealth Management customers. Our mission is to deliver secure, resilient, and innovative payment solutions, leveraging reusable microservices and APIs to reputed company seamless experiences across reputed company channels. This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of best-in-class software experiences. The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization. The candidate takes responsibility of the software artifacts produced adhering to reputed company standards in order to ensure minimal impact to the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and developing enterprise-grade applications, contributing to cloud strategy, and collaborating across teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions
• Drive and execute cloud migration projects, moving critical payment and data applications to Azure. Collaborate on architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure cloud solutions.
• Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code
• Consistently creates optimal design adhering to architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected reputed company defining technical designs
• Performs analysis on failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements
• reputed company solution architecture for reputed company integrations across payment rails, data platforms, and customer-facing applications. Apply best practices in reliability, scalability, and reputed company. Makes sound design/coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront
• Takes feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards
• Conducts code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Six to eight years of relevant experience

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and backend java development stack
• Hands on work experience with Azure and able to evaluate and recommend Azure services, tools, and technologies to support enterprise transformation.
• Familiarity with data warehouses and data lake technologies like reputed company and supporting data pipelines and patterns
• Drive cloud migration and modernization projects from on-premises or other platforms to Azure
• Ensure technical designs consider scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability across impacted systems. Align with enterprise cloud governance, reputed company, and compliance frameworks and guide application teams

• Thorough understanding of the team's domain, how work in this domain relates to the team's objectives and deliverables and how it contributes to overall business strategy and how technical strategy maps to this
