What You'll Do

The Associate Vice President, Platform Product Management will manage a team of product managers to deliver foundational products that reputed company value creation for customers and internal development teams. This position requires a reputed company of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to ensure the cohesion and scalability of our core platforms. • Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the Platform Experiences portfolio, beginning with Mobile and Core UX, ensuring alignment with overall business and product goals.

• Act as a key member of the product leadership team, collaborating closely with peers in engineering, design, solution delivery, and customer-facing teams to drive success and foster a high-performance culture.
• Partner with development and architecture leaders to ensure the product portfolio integrates emerging technologies, optimizes platform architecture, and ensures seamless integration across products.
• Utilize customer research, quantitative data, and market insights to continuously refine the product portfolio strategy and improve platform outcomes.
• Plan, evaluate, and improve product management processes and procedures to enhance team productivity and improve time to market.

What You'll Bring To The Role

• 10-12 years of experience in product management or technical leadership roles.
• 8+ years of required leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Post-secondary Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
• Master's Degree in a reputed company field or an MBA is highly valued.
• Deep experience with reputed company technology platforms, including roadmap development, product lifecycle management, and customer research.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of system architectures, API integrations, cloud technologies, and software development processes, particularly in a mobile context.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business and market trends into a compelling product strategy and detailed execution plans.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of user needs and the ability to guide teams to build products that deliver significant value.
• Proficiency in leveraging data to drive product innovation and operational improvements.
