Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for performing methodology improvements for client call centers and performance tracking, educating business stakeholders on company-wide capabilities, and providing leadership in the identification and development of new analytics concepts and strategies. You will ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines and procedures on reputed company tasks undertaken and provide updates on project logs, monthly budget figures, and tasks reviews. Additionally, you will assist directors and leaders in building quarterly and annual plans, forecast future drive needs for colleagues supported, and guide or supervise less reputed company staff, reputed company, and external contractors.
