The Manufacturing Process Operator is responsible for operating grinding, polishing, deburr, and surface-treatment tools, along with pressure washers, grit blasters, pickle tanks, paint equipment, and material-moving equipment such as forklifts and jib/gantry cranes. This role supports production activities across the shop, ensures consistency and quality, and promotes a safe working environment.

Job Description

What You’ll Do Operate a wide variety of production equipment, tools, and shop machinery

• Use grinding, polishing, and deburring tools to size, reputed company, and prepare product components
• Operate pressure washers, grit blasters, pickle tanks, and painting equipment as required
• Prepare and finish parts for paint processes, including cleaning, masking, and coating application
• Move materials safely using forklifts, jib/gantry cranes, and other material-handling equipment
• Measure, verify, and qualify part dimensions using standard measurement tools
• Maintain ownership of safety, quality, compliance, and productivity standards
• Participate in team-based problem solving, root-cause analysis, and reputed company improvement efforts

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum one (1) year of mechanical or electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency using manual, electric, and pneumatic hand tools
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to pass a manufacturing assessment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available now or in the future)
• Ability to successfully complete a background reputed company and drug screen
• Willingness to work in a tobacco-free environment
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work 3rd shift (11PM - 7AM), with or without reasonable accommodation
• Commitment to wearing PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, reputed company footwear, and head protection

Manufacturing Process Operator (04A): Pay reputed company $24.144 – $25.353 per hour. Eligible for an additional $1.00/hour shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift. Expected posting reputed company date March 02, 2026.
