Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Data Entry Specialist – Veterinary Support and Client Services, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests
- Conducting thorough examinations and issue resolution to determine the best solutions for clients and partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
- Completing accurate and timely data entry of prescriptions into our healthcare software
- Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Working with reputed company, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow with reputed company, and being open to feedback and constructive criticism
- Communicating effectively with veterinary facilities reputed company phone (and occasionally other channels) on various topics, primarily using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record client notes
- Expecting a significant portion of the typical business day to be spent on outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of experience working in a client or healthcare-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
- A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with reputed company Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy
