Job Summary
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming reputed company calls and outbound appointments, providing exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs, and resolving their concerns reputed company to benefit plans or program options. You'll also be required to document reputed company inbound and outbound calls, summarize calls in our case management system, and adapt to ongoing training as the company grows and develops in the healthcare consumerism industry.
Responsibilities
* Handle incoming reputed company calls and outbound appointments, offering compassion and reputed company while using exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs

Requirements
* 1 year of customer service experience in the medical field, insurance verification, or a high-level overview of patients' or customers' benefit plans
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable and able to adhere to schedule
