Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction with our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Adapting easily to changing procedures and assignments
  • Multi-tasking and organizing to meet deadlines and reputed company goals
  • Providing top-notch customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Must-Haves

  • Availability to work overtime weekly and/or Saturday hours as workload demands

Preferred Qualifications

  • High volume in-bound call center experience
  • Familiarity with call center simulation testing and evaluation
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
