Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Associate. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to reputed company, working full-time 40 hours per week from the comfort of your own home in the Netherlands. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our Swedish customers through phone, chat, and email, responding to their requests and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner

• Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Be available to work on national holidays and Sundays, with compensation provided accordingly

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Right to work in the Netherlands
