Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers at the ticket counter, baggage claim, and other airport locations. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about flights, baggage, and other travel-reputed company topics. Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and efficient service to customers at the ticket counter, baggage claim, and other airport locations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately provide information about flights, baggage, and other travel-reputed company topics
- Operate a modernized retail location reputed company, including handling cash, checks, credit cards, and other forms of payment
- Balance daily transactions and manage overage or lack
- Inspect and handle baggage and freight
- Answer phone calls to provide information to guests, page customers, resolve issues or objections, and assist on a case-by-case basis
- Handle exchanges reputed company to loading the aircraft in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage misused customers due to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
