About the Role

We're on the lookout for a highly skilled and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team. As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will become an expert in using our innovative software, advising customers on how to successfully set up their own accommodation website and grow their vacation rental business. Your expertise will be crucial in providing top-notch technical support, troubleshooting reputed company issues, and ensuring excellent service and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to customers reputed company email, phone, or chat, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
  • Troubleshooting reputed company technical issues reputed company to the arenaflex software, using your excellent diagnostic skills to identify and resolve problems
  • Collaborating with our development team to resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and efficient problem-solving

Essential Qualifications

To be a great fit for this role, you should have:
