• Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of connections
• Speak with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation
• Multitask by listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless communication
• reputed company or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
• Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to accurately manage customer interactions and follow scripts
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the position
• Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and excellence in customer service
• Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success

Requirements

• Reside in the reputed company or New Jersey
• Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) that meets our technical requirements (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
• Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
• Use a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired reputed company USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/ reputed company G432)
• Be available to work 40+ hours per week, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
