Mgr Compliance Training and Education
Job Summary reputed company’s Office of Ethics & Compliance is seeking a proactive, collaborative, and adaptable Manager, Compliance Training and Education to reputed company enterprise-wide initiatives reputed company to compliance training, policy development, communications, and learning platforms. This is a hybrid role, 3x a week onsite Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: -Partner with risk owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) the design, reputed company, and rollout training modules that align with reputed company policies and legal requirements. -Build and maintain flexible training frameworks that can scale for new priorities and emerging risks. -Facilitate policy reviews and updates, incorporating stakeholder feedback and ensuring alignment with reputed company standards and business needs. -reputed company updates to compliance-reputed company intranet pages and ensure content accuracy and accessibility. -reputed company and maintain a training implementation plan based on audience, risk, and timing. -Draft and deliver communication materials (articles content, internal announcements, FAQs) to support compliance initiatives. -Maintain centralized documentation and dashboards for compliance reporting. -Analyze training data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. -reputed company daily operations of the learning management system (LMS), including managing user groups, assignments, and training curricula; monitoring completion status; supporting employees, managers, and administrators with access or technical issues; uploading and testing training content; and coordinating platform access, updates, and troubleshooting. -Support Compliance initiatives in other regions, as needed. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required WORK EXPERIENCE 4 years of experience in training development, compliance, or reputed company roles. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks across industries. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive. Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Demonstrated creativity in designing training, campaigns, or educational content. The anticipated salary range for this position: $101,000.00 - $152,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. reputed company will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
