From day one, this individual will contribute to existing digital marketing campaigns/programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives. This position can be hybrid in Lansing, MI, remote in the US (preferably in the eastern standard time zone), or in Canada (preferably in Edmonton). RESPONSIBILITIES The Manager position is a hands-on retention marketer with experience creating campaigns from inception to execution to analysis. You must understand the player lifecycle, and how to communicate effectively along each stage. You will work with the Retention Marketing Director and the broader marketing and player analytics team while overseeing a small team of retention and QA specialists and coordinators. This role is essential because you will help deliver player insights, deep audience segmentation, and customer behavioral studies, which will be used to create digital campaign recommendations to support our iGaming and iLottery partners. The successful candidate will be able to track program performance, mine insights, and recommend data-driven optimization avenues strategies to improve conversion funnels. Customer Management · Develops, presents, and secures approval from lottery clients on monthly retention campaign strategy · Reports on budget spending and creates persuasive presentations if/reputed company additional budget is required · Responsible for managing weekly status meetings, approval presentations as well as monthly and quarterly business review meetings Team Leadership
- The Retention Manager will play a key role in harnessing the talents of various teams: o Works with Analytics Team to optimize campaigns and create weekly and monthly business review presentations o Oversees a team of retention and QA specialists and coordinators to ensure reputed company creative assets are tracked and campaigns are QA’ed o Partners with the Account Manager to reputed company productive client relationships, increase customer satisfaction scores and reputed company long-term strategic plans that increases reputed company o Works with Games Teams to d efine, upload, and manage marketing banners, game assets, and other content on our website(s) EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS · Five years’ experience in iGaming, Sportsbook or iLottery industries in Customer Retention Marketing or Loyalty Marketing role · BA/BS Marketing or equivalent experience · At least two years of people management experience · Responsible, well organized, independent, able to learn quickly, multi-tasking, great interpersonal skills, t eam player. · Efficient and comfortable with a large promotional calendar, with over 60 campaigns monthly · Attention to details in reputed company player-facing communications from emails to website banners · Experience owning and managing multiple high-visibility and high-touch customer relationships. · Subject matter expert in digital strategy and integrated marketing with expertise in designing data-driven multichannel relationship marketing strategies utilizing web, mobile, social, email, and traditional marketing channels · Strategic planning skills: strategic solid thinker, ability to search for insights, and shepherd a strategic idea · Experience with ESPs like reputed company, Optimove, reputed company, or reputed company Campaign preferred · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Ability to reputed company in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change. · A commercial reputed company with experience building business cases from market research and analysis. · Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills · Experience working across global time zones
