About the position The Jr. Business Analyst, eCommerce Merchandising partners closely with Merchandising, Marketing, IT and Operations to evaluate business workflows, analyze data, document and optimize standard procedures, and train end users on tools and processes that support a scalable, growth-driven merchandising organization. This role blends technical analytics skills (data modeling, visualization, integration, and data analysis) with business process knowledge in merchandising and eCommerce. The employee combines hands-on technical ability with strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills and can reputed company the gap between data and business strategy, turning information into insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate, analyze, and govern data from multiple systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability across reporting and business workflows.
  • Partner with IT and Merchandising teams to define reporting requirements, reputed company dashboards, and ensure accuracy and consistency of key performance data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in a business management, retail analyst, or merchandising operations role (eCommerce experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Power Query, and advanced reputed company (formulas, macros, pivot tables, and data manipulation).
  • Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration from multiple systems.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising, item setup, and product lifecycle workflows.
  • Understanding of data governance principles, including data quality management, ownership, and process accountability.
  • Proven ability to translate reputed company data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.
