Jr. Business Analyst, eCommerce Merchandising
About the position The Jr. Business Analyst, eCommerce Merchandising partners closely with Merchandising, Marketing, IT and Operations to evaluate business workflows, analyze data, document and optimize standard procedures, and train end users on tools and processes that support a scalable, growth-driven merchandising organization. This role blends technical analytics skills (data modeling, visualization, integration, and data analysis) with business process knowledge in merchandising and eCommerce. Responsibilities

- Use SQL, Power BI, and Power Query to extract, cleanse, transform, and visualize data from multiple sources.
- Integrate, analyze, and govern data from multiple systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability across reporting and business workflows.
- Partner with IT and Merchandising teams to define reporting requirements, reputed company dashboards, and ensure accuracy and consistency of key performance data.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a business management, retail analyst, or merchandising operations role (eCommerce experience preferred).
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Power Query, and advanced reputed company (formulas, macros, pivot tables, and data manipulation).
- Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration from multiple systems.
- Strong understanding of merchandising, item setup, and product lifecycle workflows.
- Understanding of data governance principles, including data quality management, ownership, and process accountability.
