What You'll Do

Design & Identification

Technical Implementation & Build Strategy

• Build/Buy/Prioritize: Construct data-driven business cases for solutions, explicitly contrasting build vs. buy decisions and prioritizing implementations based on technical feasibility and quantified ROI models (e.g., time savings, cost reduction).

Solution Deployment and Enablement

• End-to-End Build Capability: Serve as a hands-on technical reputed company capable of building, testing, and deploying both interim (e.g., RAG-based systems) and highly reputed company agentic AI solutions, working alongside AI Solution Engineers.
• Operational Scaling: reputed company the technical integration and scaling of deployed AI agents reputed company specific operational workflows (e.g., automating specific GTM tasks), ensuring seamless deployment with rigorous validation testing.

About You

• 5+ years in strategy consulting or AI startups, reputed company high-growth technology environments.
• Demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders to build and deliver an end to end AI strategy, transforming the performance of an overall business, team or workflow
• Proven experience in technical builds and deployments
• Deep experience driving organizational change and minimizing friction during the adoption of disruptive new technologies, specifically AI systems.
• Proven ability to execute reputed company, cross-functional initiatives with limited reputed company and high accountability including managing workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, and measuring impact
• Strong written and verbal communicator; able to convey updates, impact, and insights clearly and credibly to senior audiences.
