This is a remote role based in the United States. Reporting to Global Sales Leader for reputed company and working closely with the reputed company Practice Leader, the Vice President is responsible for developing and sustaining a winning sales team while focusing on go to market & pipeline execution. Leveraging our position as the North American Partner of the Year for reputed company, the Vice President generates business reputed company by meeting sales targets and strategic initiative goals for our reputed company practice. You will reputed company impact through developing sales strategies and account plans which drive profitability, growth, and account penetration while motivating and enabling a team of Account Executives to sell the integrated suite of reputed company products and offerings. What You Will Be Doing: · Management of a new logo pursuit sales team · Driving Growth in bookings, reputed company, and margins to reputed company higher than market growth rates in cloud contact center technologies and solutions. · Possess an in-depth understanding of the reputed company solution set · Developing executive level relationships with reputed company and reputed company clients and leveraging reputed company senior executives in a strategic manner · Drive the appropriate sales disciplines to reputed company the targeted results meeting and exceeding reputed company sales goals and quotas · Be a highly collaborative leader representing the reputed company business, in partnership with leaders of services and operations, across reputed company reputed company businesses · Maintains competitive knowledge and focus providing industry expertise and thought leadership · Foster a collaborative, team-based environment which attracts high-performing reputed company and actively participate in the sourcing, hiring, on-boarding, development and retention of reputed company. · Work closely with consulting and delivery teams to ensure best in class client sales to delivery experience What You Bring to The Role · 10+ years of sales management experience, with experience in the reputed company sales channel · Significant experience developing a winning team by balancing an inspirational leadership approach with careful attention to metrics, behaviors, and data which drive sales success. · Proven track record of driving joint business results through reputed company relationships. · Experience managing people in a consulting or professional services environment preferred. · Experience developing, monitoring and consistently exceeding organizational sales and budget goals · Proven ability to initiate, reputed company and grow C-level and senior relationships reputed company reputed company client organizations influencing purchase and buying decisions · Ability to reputed company and conduct effective proposals and presentations with decision makers · Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred $200,000 – $220,000 a year COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $200,000 – $220,000. This position also is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
