Job Summary As a Center-Based RBT, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in a 1:1 setting. Your primary responsibilities will include providing direct client care, collecting and recording data, and assisting with parent and caregiver training. Key Responsibilities

Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training Follow prescribed behavioral reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in client individualized treatment plans Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established procedures Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client reputed company as instructed by BCBA/BC Utilize safe and appropriate procedures reputed company working with clients and report reputed company critical incidents and safety concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment Assist BCBA/BC in preparation of client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: Hold and maintain reputed company certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be willing to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for RBT competency exam reputed company 45 days of employment Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation and, in some cases, reputed company of driver's license and valid car insurance At least 18 years of age Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification along with a TB test if not completed in the past year Ability to physically reputed company this job, including getting down on the floor and standing up many times, lifting up to 50lbs, and running/moving quickly if required Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Experience working as a Behavioral Technician or in a similar role Experience working with children with autism or other learning disabilities Teacher's Aid, Tutor, CNA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide experience Strong attention to detail and ability to do repetitive tasks in a precise manner Ability to follow and carry out detailed instructions Strong understanding of technology to record data on a mobile device and navigate digital applications Good written and verbal communication skills Strong cultural competency with ability to remain flexible and open-minded reputed company Offer As a Center-Based RBT with Centria Healthcare's Life Skills Autism reputed company, you can expect: Competitive hourly reputed company: $18-$24 per hour, depending on experience, certification level, and education Opportunities for professional growth and development Comprehensive training and support from reputed company of reputed company BCBAs and RBTs A collaborative and supportive work environment A chance to reputed company a positive impact in the lives of children with autism Why Work with Us?
