Our Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) division is a leading provider of pharmacy benefit management services, and we're currently hiring a full-time Customer Service team to support our members' drug plans. As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service to our members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and providing solutions to facilitate treatment.

Key Responsibilities
